We're looking for...

(1) Don't Try This at Home:
Do you have a unique stunt or talent to share with the world? You can email us or send us a video of your talent.

(2) Does This Impress Ed Asner?:
Do you think you have what it takes to impress the one and only Ed Asner? Send us video of your talent, unusual ability or strange performance.

(3) Teenage Wasteland:
Are you a teenager with a odd talent or special trick? We want to know about it.

(4) Human Interest Stories:
Is there someone in your community who you think would be a good guest? Let us know..

(5) Real Heroes:
Do you know someone who saved a life or was a hometown hero. Tell us.

(6) Talented Kids:
Does your child have an amazing talent? Let us know.

(7) Animals with Talent:
Is your pet an animal superstar? Send us a video so we can see what we can do..

(8) Adult Inventors:
Do you have a weird or funny invention that you'd like to share with Jay? Send us a picture or video and we may feature it on our show.

(9) Kid Inventors:
Is your child a kid genius? Or have a science project that is the talk of the town? Tell us about him/her and they might be on the show.

(10) Record Holders:
Do you hold a strange record? or do you want to break one? Let us know and you may get to do it on the show.

(11) Freaks of Nature:
Do you have a weird physical trait or ability? Can you do do something that amazes all of your friends? Let us know.

(12) Remarkable Seniors:
Do you have a Grandma or Grandpa that has an interesting way of spending their retirement? we want to hear about them.

(13) Web Videos:
Did you run across a hilarious web video that you’d like to share with Jay? Let us know and send us the link.

(14) Bizarre Musicians:
Are you a musician who plays an unusual instrument? Tell us about it.

If you've got what we're looking for, please send us a videotape and/or an email telling us about it, by following the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING VIDEOTAPE:

Send us a VHS or Beta videotape of the Footage. Please remember to include your name, address and daytime and evening telephone numbers in the package. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you let us know whether you have submitted the Footage to any other program or media outlet.

Send your videotape to:

IMPORTANT! Please label the tape with your: name, phone number, and address.

REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT: Make sure on the outside packaging of your tape/dvd you SPECIFY ONE OF THE CATEGORIES FROM THE LIST OF EXAMPLES ABOVE. This will insure that it goes to the appropriate person.
Please note: Tapes will NOT be returned!

Remember, by sending in your tape, you are giving us permission to use your image on the air, but it is not a guarantee that your tape will be used.

Please send only Footage that you yourself have taken. Please make sure to get permission to submit the Footage to the Program from any individuals seen in the Footage before sending us your videotape.

All videotapes and Footage submitted shall become the sole property of the Program and will not be returned. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, the Program shall have the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast and otherwise exhibit the Footage in and in connection with the Program, in and in connection with other programs, and in and in connection with advertisements, promotions, publicity, clips, etc., in any manner, by any method, and in any and all media, whether now existing or hereafter discovered, throughout the world, in perpetuity, including, without limitation, on NBC's and the Program's websites.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: You must be legal U.S. residents; must be at least 18 years of age; must not be a candidate for public office; must not be or have an immediate family member who is an employee, officer, director, or agent of NBC, NBC Studios, or any of their affiliated companies; must execute waivers and release agreements required by the Program; and must be willing and able to travel to Los Angeles to appear on the Program if requested by the Program, in its sole discretion. All videotapes must be your original work and must not violate the rights of any third party.

The Program will pay you $100 if it decides to air all or any part of your Footage. This $100 shall constitute full and complete payment for the Videotape, for the Footage and for all rights granted by you to the Program pursuant to these terms and conditions governing your submission. The Program, in its sole discretion, may decide to have appear on the Program some of the people whose Footage it selects to use on the Program, and/or their pets that are seen in the Footage. The people, if any, selected to appear in the Program by the Program, in its sole discretion, will be provided with round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation between airport, hotel and studio (as applicable). No purchase or other consideration is required to submit Footage or to participate in this promotion. Any promotion may be terminated at any time.
